Open 7 days a week! 10am to 6pm, pre-booking is not mandatory but we would recommend it during busy periods like over the weekend or during school holidays. You can book your tickets online by clicking the button above!

Animal Encounters take place hourly throughout the day, starting at 10:30am and with the last encounter starting at 4:30pm! Animals are rotated throughout the day, so we can’t tell you which animal you will get to see – you might have to stick around and find out! 🙂
